- We are open to the public year-round with possible exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Years Day.
2. What are your hours?
- Winter hours are Monday through Saturday 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Summer hours are Monday through Saturday 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Sunday hours 9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. year-round
3. Is your Hobbit House open to the public?
- Yes. The Hobbit House is open to the public during business hours. There is no charge to visit the Hobbit House.
4. Where are the brothers?
- The Brothers Greenhouses is named after the Brothers Peaks in the Olympic National Mountain Range, which are the most prominent peaks once visible from this vantage point. (We are not a collection of male siblings.)
5. Do you allow dogs in your facility?
- Yes, dogs need to be on a leash and well-behaved.
6. Do you guarantee your plants?
- We can offer no insurance on the lifespan of plants.
7. Are your plants "organic"?
- We are strongly committed to creating a healthy growing environment for our plants, staff, and public, and we choose not to seek organic certification. Our edible plants are non-GMO.
8. Do you offer workshops?
- Yes. We schedule a variety of workshops and events during early spring and late fall. You can learn more information from our website or sign up to receive workshop schedules mailed out via postcard, twice per year.
9. Do you offer tours?
- Yes. Tours shall be pre-scheduled well in advance.
10. Do you allow private events to be held at the Hobbit House?
- No. Birthdays, weddings, and the like, inhibit regular visitation rights for the public. Any photo shoots must be respectful of others while taking your pictures. Please note the Hobbit House is a public attraction for all to enjoy.
